Skyline’s Nelah Roberts named Gatorade Idaho Girls Cross Country Player of the Year

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - Sophomore star runner Nelah Roberts is the 2021 Gatorade Idaho Girls Cross Country Player of the Year after a fantastic season with the Grizzlies.

Roberts won the 4A state championship by nearly 30 seconds. She also took home 10th place in the Eastbay West Regional Championship and 25th in the national Eastbay Cross Country Championships.

Roberts is now a finalist for the Gatorade National Girls Cross Country Player of the Year award, which will be announced in February.
