Above average temps, scattered thunderstorms

5122021

High pressure over the west will deliver warmer than average temperatures. Highs for Thursday and Friday will reach into the mid to upper 70's for the Snake River Plain. A system to the north will provide enough instability for a thunderstorm threat.

OVERNIGHT: Lows into the mid to lower 40's with a mostly cloudy sky.

THURSDAY: Partly cloudy with a risk of thunderstorms. Highs into the mid 70's, with winds 10-20 MPH.

FRIDAY: Chance of afternoon and evening thunderstorms, highs into the mid to upper 70's.

SATURDAY: Chance of showers and thunderstorms with highs into the upper 60's and lower 70's, with gusty winds 15-35 MPH.
