OVERNIGHT: Gusty winds, Partly cloudy, with a low into the lower 50's. South wind 15 to 20 MPH, with gusts as high as 30 MPH.

An area of low pressure is pushing through the region for Thursday, with a chance of rain, along with gusty winds and cooler daytime highs. Most of the measurable rain will fall in the mountains, with just a few showers possible in the Snake River Plain.

THURSDAY: A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with daytime highs into the upper 50's to lower 60's. Gusty winds, with a south southwest wind 20 to 30 MPH, with gusts as high as 40 MPH.

FRIDAY: Partly sunny with a high near 70°. SE winds 10-15 MPH, with gusts around 25 MPH.

  • IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
    Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
    result.
