High temperatures near 80° with a chance at thunderstorms

For Tuesday night, it's fairly quiet with light winds and clear sky. Low temperatures will drop to the lower 40’s in the Snake River Plain.

Temperatures are warming back to upper 70’s and 80’s. A weak storm system passing by to our north, could trigger a few thunderstorms locally late Wednesday. Increasing clouds through our Wednesday afternoon, with a high near 80°. Light and variable wind from the southwest around 5 mph. There will be a slight chance of showers between 9pm and Midnight. We’ll see a low temperature in the upper 40’s for the Plain.

Sunny and breezy for Thursday, with high temperatures in the upper 70’s. Winds will be out of the southwest around 15 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 35 mph.

Sunny and hot Friday with high temperatures in the mid 80’s.
