3 things to know this morning – October 26, 2023
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - Here's what you should know to start your Thursday.
1. Lori Vallow Daybell will soon head to Arizona to face criminal charges there. Governor Brad Little signed an extradition agreement yesterday, but it did not mention when the extradition would take place. She faces two more conspiracy to murder charges in Maricopa County, Arizona.
2. People in need of emergency services can now send live video to the dispatch centers in Bannock County. They have a new technology called "Prepared 9-1-1" that will access GPS information and be able to access your phone and camera with your consent.
3. Over the past two weeks, the Madison Fire Department has been performing multiple interior live burn training exercises in a donated house on the northwest corner of 2nd East and Moody Road across from Walmart. The training will continue through the rest of this week, and the house will be fully burned on Halloween next Tuesday, weather permitting. Drivers are encouraged to use caution when passing by the area.
