Bar Fight Leads To Assault Arrest
A fight at the Ririe Bar on Sunday morning ended in Jeremy Leavitt of Idaho Falls being taken to the hospital.
Police said Leavitt was sitting at the bar when Tory Southam, also of Idaho Falls, walked up and hit him on the side of the face with a beer bottle.
Leavitt got a deep cut on his cheek and an injury to his eye, police said.
Police arrested Southam on Tuesday and charged him with aggravated assault.
