Police: Man Arrested After Breaking Into Home While Owners Slept

Idaho Falls police arrested a man who they said burglarized a home while the owners slept inside.

Terrence Mitchell Walsh, 25, broke into a home in the 1200 block of Creekside Court on June 21, police said. Once inside, they said he he stole several pieces of electronic equipment, including video game consoles, controllers and games. Tools were also taken from a pickup truck.

Police determined that Walsh entered the home while the owners were sleeping. They woke up and found the items missing.

The estimated value of the items was more than $7,000.
