West Jefferson High Schoolers Leave Cars At Home
As part of their final school day, seniors at West Jefferson High School in Terreton issued a challenge to leave cars at home.
Instead, they turned to bicycles and other modes of transportation.
The school’s parking lot Friday featured about eight cars along with an assortment of horses, ORVs, bikes and one unicycle. One student rode 45 miles on a dirt bike. And Principal Marianna Taylor, who lives in Rexburg, rode her bike into school from a parking lot at Sage Junction.
