Taylor’s Crossing invites Odyssey students
Taylor’s Crossing Public Charter School announced Friday it will be offering slots to displaced Odyssey students.
On Wednesday, the state Public Charter School Commission repealed Odyssey Charter School’s charter. About 90 students are now looking for a new school.
Taylor’s Crossing said it as has a “select number of slots” available in the eighth through 12th grades.
It is an accredited school, and will offer testing of students and apply credits to the appropriate core courses they were earned. This offer stands in contrast to Odyssey students attending public schools, where they will have these credits turned into elective credits.
