Fundraising for ISU paw prints continues

Efforts continued Tuesday to raise money to replace ISU’s iconic Bengal paw prints.

The orange prints which line the streets around campus may get paved over when work begins on some of the campus roads. In June, Pocatello City Council voted against using taxpayer funds to pick up the nearly $19,000 cost of replacing the prints.

A group of local businesses has started working to raise the funds privately instead. Tuesday, both Northstar Healthcare and Hair Stub held a fundraiser to raise money for the prints.
