Update: Man arrested for aggravated assault after SWAT standoff
Update 4-11-16 10:00 a.m:Idaho Falls Police arrested 56-year-old David C. Grose for aggravated assault after he threatened his neighbors with a gun Sunday evening.
Grose of Idaho Falls was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
According to reports, officers responded to the 1100 block of Lovejoy around 5 p.m. after receiving information Grose threatened his neighbors with a gun over a parking dispute. The victims told police Grose had been waving a gun around demanding a van be moved because it was blocking his driveway.
Victims also stated Grose shot the gun as the van was being moved.
Police attempted to contact Grose at his residence for several hours without success. The IFPD SWAT team responded around 8 p.m. Grose finally responded to police and exited his residence around 9:30 p.m. without incident.
Officers seized a BB gun that resembled a Smith and Wesson M&P40.
Bond is set at $25,000. Grose is scheduled for arraignment on April 20th.

Neighbors told police the man was upset about how people parked their cars near his home for a birthday party and threatened them with a gun. The neighbors share a driveway.
The standoff was near Lovejoy and Sharpe in Idaho Falls.
SWAT team was called in at about 7 p.m. Sunday night. The man came out of is home around 9:45p.
Police said he is being charged with aggravated assault.
