Suspect arrested after stabbing another man with scissors
Pocatello Police arrested Manuel Dana Devinney, Jr. , 51, after a disturbance at 554 W. Fremont at around 4:14 p.m. Sunday.
Police said Devinney was in a fight with another person when he stabbed that person in the neck with a small pair of scissors. The wounds were not life-threatening.
Devinney told officers he was armed with a firearm. He was immediately taken into custody, but continued to resist police.
Devinney was charged with resisting and obstructing police and aggravated battery.
