Truck ends up in Snake River after driver forgets to put it in park
A black pickup truck ended up in the Snake River today after the driver of the truck forgot to apply the parking brake.
Bingham County Sheriff Craig Rowland says the driver forgot the brake and the truck slid into the river. The incident happened about 3 p.m. Tuesday. The name of the driver is not being released.
At 4:30 p.m. Tuesday crews were still working to get the truck out of the water. No one was hurt when the truck went into the river.
