Firth gets revenge on North Fremont

FIRTH, Idaho (KIFI) - In a 2A rematch from last week, the North Fremont Cougars traveled to Firth to take on the Cougars.

The Husky's defense dominated the first quarter. Holding the Cougars to only one basket in the first quarter; Giving them a 14 to 2 lead.

But the tides changed in the next quarter and the cougars clawed their way back. Holding North Fremont to three points in the second quarter. Closing the gap to two at the half, 15 to 17.

It was back and forth through the second half, but the Cougars managed to pull away in the fourth quarter.

They secure the win, 49 to 42.
