Sunshine and warmer temps will begin to make a comeback as we head into our weekend. The closed-low that brought us all those winter-like conditions is exiting into the Plains, giving us a northwesterly flow for the next few days. There is a small ripple of moisture moving across the Intermountain West for the weekend which will result in late day thunderstorm chances. Friday, drier weather, quite a bit more sunshine with some passing clouds, with highs into the lower 60’s. Slight chance of a shower near Bear Lake and Star Valley. Tonight, cool and partly cloudy with lows dropping into the 30’s. Saturday, mostly sunny during the first chunk of the day with some isolated thunderstorms building up late in the day and overnight. Highs into the mid and upper 60’s and a 40% chance of evening thunderstorms. Sunday, Scattered showers and thunderstorms with partly sunny skies. Highs into the upper 60’s. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
