ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Greg Summers and John Carter Jr. scored 21 points apiece as Navy narrowly defeated Boston University 85-80 in overtime in the semifinals of the Patriot League tournament. Javante McCoy led the Terriers with 30 points, tying his career high.
