I Love ISU campaign needs your help

The I Love ISU scholarship campaign entered week two on Tuesday, and volunteers need your help.

Volunteers have spent the last several days making calls to businesses and individuals about supporting ISU’s biggest scholarship drive of the year.

Calls Tuesday focused on the Pocatello and American Falls area.

Last week volunteers in the Idaho Falls area raised $11,00 for the scholarship fund.

ISU officials are thrilled with the progress but say they need a lot more love to reach their goal.

“Our goal is $275,000, and we would like to hit that by Thursday,” said Kallie Valentine, Director of Annual Giving ISU. “I would say we’re a little over halfway there, but we still have a long way to go. We really want people to pick up the phone and help us out and give generously.”

Valentine said she wants to give out 500 scholarships next year, and she needs your help us reach that.

The scholarship drive goes until Thursday, but donations will be gladly excepted after that.
