Scattered rain and snow showers this week
Our next round of stormy weather starts Tuesday afternoon with a rain/snow mix for the valleys and snow above 5,000 feet. We’ll see several waves of snow pass through the region this week. Accumulations are looking low for the Snake River Plain, until Friday. We’ll keep with a scattered threat for moisture in the Plain this week, with steady snow showers for our local mountains.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy with light winds, lows into the mid teens.
Tomorrow: Highs around 40 with mostly cloudy skies and rain/snow late.
Wednesday: Snow early and mostly cloudy skies. Highs in the 30’s.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of snow, highs into the upper 30’s.
Friday: Snow likely with highs into the mid 30’s. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
