3 juveniles arrested for separate cases
Over the past few months, the Chubbuck Police Department has been working on 10 separate cases dating back to June of 2018.
Police made some significant progress in all of these cases Tuesday which culminated in several charges being filed through the Bannock County Juvenile Courts.
A 14-year-old juvenile male has been charged with burglary in addition to four counts of misdemeanor malicious injury to property.
A second 14-year-old juvenile male was also charged with burglary in addition to four counts of misdemeanor malicious injury to property.
A 13-year-old juvenile male has also been charged with burglary as well as one count of misdemeanor malicious injury to property.
Due to the ages of the suspects, police did not release any names.
There is currently more work being conducted in all of these cases, and for that reason, police are unable to release any further information at this time.
“I am proud of the work that the members of the Chubbuck Police Department have put into this case and their efforts are appreciated by not only myself but also the citizens that they serve,” said Chief Bill Guiberson.
