Rexburg man charged with sexual battery of a child
Thane Rose, 38, of Rexburg was arrested Thursday for sending sexually explicit images via snap chat to a minor.
The Madison County Sheriff’s Office said it investigated the interaction between Rose and the minor after it was reported on Dec. 5. Rose was arrested and charged with felony sexual battery of a child on Thursday.
Rose was expected to appear in court Friday.
