Sheriff’s office releases identity of man found dead in home
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of the 31-year-old found dead at his home on Saturday.
Wilden Lovin was found dead at his home in Preston.
The sheriff’s office says the party that found him notified the sheriff’s office that the death was not normal.
Deputies report the scene indicated foul play had been involved.
The sheriff’s office reports the death has been classified as a homicide and will continue to be an open case.
The victim has been released to the Franklin County Coroner’s Office and will be transported to have an autopsy as soon as possible.
The cause of death will not be released officially until after the autopsy.
The sheriff’s office has also enlisted the help of the Tri-County Sheriff’s Association for additional help in their vigorous investigation.
The sheriff’s office says they do have some people of interest but no arrests have been made at this date.
