Firehouse Subs opens in Idaho Falls
A local couple is bringing the heat with the first Firehouse Subs in Idaho Falls.
The restaurant decor reflects the founding family’s decades of fire and police service.
The hand-painted mural features the historical Bonneville Hotel and an Idaho Falls Fire Department truck, with the Grand Teton mountains in the background.
Locals of Idaho Falls, Chris and Natalie Morris are excited to bring their love for food and first responders to their community.
Chris is currently a fire captain for the Idaho National Laboratory Fire Department, and Natalie has been fulfilling hungry appetites for 10 years while raising their three young sons.
“We just love what it stands for. We’re just really excited to here and make a difference in the community we hope that people will be patient while our crew members get everything figured out, but we are really excited,” said Natalie.
Firefighters or police and military will receive a 50% if they show up in full uniform.
The restaurant is located at 435 South Utah Ave. Idaho Falls.
