Idaho Falls police arrest four on drug charges

Suspicious pre-dawn activity led to the arrest of four people on drug related charges in Idaho Falls on Thursday morning. Idaho Falls police were called to the 1700 block of Grandview at 3:30 am after witnesses observed a number of people with flashlights going in and out of several garages.

They made contact with 23-year-old Ani Marie Berian of Idaho Falls, 36-year-old Christopher Roberts of Idaho Falls, 25-year-old Megan Weeks of Idaho Falls and 22-year-old Schuyler Pendleton of Shelley.

While investigating, police said they found Berian was in possession of methamphetamine, 1.25 ounces of marijuana packaged into four different bags and scales. They also determined she had an outstanding warrant for delivery of a controlled substance out of Bonneville County.

Berian was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of paraphernalia and a Bonneville County warrant for delivery of a controlled substance.

Roberts was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and two Jefferson County warrants. Weeks was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and providing a false name to police. Pendleton, who fled from police but was found near the airport runways, was arrested on charges of trespassing, resisting arrest and frequenting.
