Police: Woman tried to steal $500 in merchandise from Fred Meyer
An Idaho Falls woman was arrested on a charge of burglary after police said she was caught stealing almost $500 in merchandise from Fred Meyer.
Police responded to the Idaho Falls store at 1555 Northgate Mile after an employee stopped Jazmine Louise Dye, 20, when she allegedly attempted to leave without paying for merchandise stuffed into four bags. The total value of the items was $493.
Dye was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
