“30 Days, 30 Questions” No. 18

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho — Sports Line continued its “30 Days, 30 Questions” campaign with question No. 18 Monday night.

“Will Zak Bennett make an immediate impact for Skyline?”

Jeff Landers talked with Skyline head coach Scott Berger, and Berger replied, “Yes, he will!” When asked if Bennett will be the week-one starter, Berger told Sports Line he couldn’t answer that question because Bennett is still competing for the starting job.

Bennett transferred from Rigby to Skyline last winter to compete for the starting job with the Grizz. Rigby won just one game in 2011. That victory came against Skyline in the final week of the season.

The Grizz open the 2012 season August 24 at Bonneville. There’s a good chance Bennett will be under center to start the game.

“30 Days, 30 Question” continues every night until kick off August 24.
