Idaho Falls man arrested on rape charge
An Idaho Falls man has been arrested on a charge of rape.
Idaho Falls Police said they arrested 41-year-old Angel Blancas Lara early Thursday morning after investigating a report of sexual assault late Wednesday night.
Police said Friday a 16-year-old girl told them she was raped while at a party on the 400 block of Walnut Street.
Lara was taken to the Bonneville County Jail.
