Pocatello crash creates power outage

Idaho Power Company is attempting to replace a power pole that was badly damaged in a Thursday morning crash. Pocatello Police said a driver appeared to have suffered a seizure or some other medical emergency before leaving Broadway and traveling some distance on the sidewalk before impacting the power pole.

Idaho Power Company said power was restored to all 855 affected customers at around 11:35 am Thursday.
