Man arrested in Idaho Falls knife incident

A man was arrested after Idaho Falls police say he threatened others with a knife.

Police responded to call on Park Avenue on Monday night in reference to a male being cut with a knife. The victim said James Harold Seek, 65, of Idaho Falls, got into an argument with a woman regarding her moving out of an apartment. The argument became physical when Seek pushed the woman down and continued to be aggressive toward her.

The victim got between Seek and the woman. Another witness said Seek threatened the victim with a knife and cut the victim’s knuckle.

Seek had left by the time police arrived.

He was found and arrested Tuesday night on charges of aggravated battery and battery.
