Man Tased at Chubbuck Subway lot
A man ended up Tased after two people recognized that he was driving a stolen car Thursday.
The two in a red Nissan truck recognized the white Jeep Rubicon and followed it into the Subway parking lot at 4544 Yellowstone in Chubbuck. The truck parked in front of the Jeep, blocking it in.
Those in the truck called police. When Chubbuck officers and Bannock County deputies arrived at the parking lot, the man fled around the building, trying to get away from them. He got back into the Jeep, but was Tased and apprehended.
He was taken to Portneuf Medical Center to be checked out.
His name has not yet been released. The suspect is 32 years old.
