Teton Springs Water Company changing hands
The Idaho Public Utilities Commission is considering the proposed sale of Teton Springs Water and Sewer Company to a new owner. Teton Water and Sewer Company is proposing to take over the company, which primarily serves the Teton Springs Planned Unit Development.
Jon Pinardi of Driggs, who has managed the company since 2006 would lead the new company. Documents filed with the IPUC claim Pinardi has the business experience and expertise to manage the facility and is acquainted with state regulations.
The ownership change is not expected to affect customer rates or service.
The PUC will accept written public comments through October 5th. At this time, a public hearing is not anticipated.
