Kaleb Williams

A passion for learning and a desire to lift spirits are two of the qualities of United Dairymen of Idaho Distinguished Student Award winner, Kaleb Williams.
Kaleb is involved in the Sugar -Salem High School swing choir. It was a stretch for Kaleb to try out for this group a couple years ago, but trying new things is part of his personality he and loves this experience.

“The people that are involved in swing choir are really fun to be with,” Kaleb says. “If you like singing and dancing it’s great. It really lifts people’s spirits.”

It’s part of Kaleb’s personality to be kind to everyone and try to lift their spirits. Another way he does that is through his service as senior class president.

“You get to plan things and try to get people involved, and that’s what school is about – to get students and people in the community active, and lift people’s spirits by doing fun things and making sure everyone’s involved,” Kaleb says.

Kaleb has a perfect GPA and has a passion for learning.

“It’s important to learn – that’s what we’re at school for is to learn,” Kaleb says. “We’ve learned a lot at high school but there’s always something more.”

Kaleb hopes other high school students can enjoy their high school years using the formula that’s made him happy.

” Try new things, work hard, do your best,” Kaleb says.
