2 arrested in attempted robbery
Two men were arrested in an attempted robbery that took place Friday night in Idaho Falls.
A 23-year-old man told police that around 7:30 p.m., three men got into his vehicle in the 1000 block of Lovejoy and attacked him, trying to take his wallet. The victim fended off the attackers. The attackers left, and the victim contacted police patrolling in the area immediately.
Tyrail J. Gough, 24, and Daniel Charboneau, 22, were arrested on charges of attempted robbery and simple battery Friday night.
Police did not have any information on the third suspect Monday.
