2 arrested in burglary ring
Detectives have named two more people they said were involved in burglaries in Idaho and Wyoming.
The Teton County, Wyo., Sheriff’s Office said it has worked with the Teton County, Idaho, Sheriff’s Office to obtain felony warrants for Gustavo Sedano, 19, and Ashley Tonks, 20, both of Driggs.
Sedano was already in the Bonneville County Jail in Idaho on a probation violation. He was served the arrest warrant over the weekend and is awaiting extradition to Wyoming. Sedano is charged with conspiracy to commit residential burglary, burglary, conspiracy to commit auto burglary, and auto burglary.
Tonks was arrested in Bonneville County on Friday by Bonneville County sheriff’s deputies at a family member’s home. Tonks is also awaiting extradition to Wyoming. Tonks is charged with conspiracy to commit residential burglary.
Deputies say the suspects have conspired since 2011 to commit burglaries in both states. Earlier this month, Juan Castillo-Arellano of Driggs was arrested in connection with those crimes.
