Business Watch: That One Place offers more than 1 meal

An Idaho Falls restaurant — you know, That One Place — is expanding to offer dinner services.

Owner Trent Walker said the fresh ingredients and great service it offers at lunch will carry over into its dinners.

Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and then the restaurant will close for an hour to prepare for dinner.
That One Place will then reopen from 5 p.m to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The restaurant will offer extended hours Friday and Saturday, staying open until 9 p.m.

“We do kind of a high gourmet lunch, and we are now open for dinners. What can you expect? Great service and great food,” said Walker.
