Man arrested for ramming his estranged wife’s SUV
An Idaho Falls man was arrested at 2:51 a.m. Thursday after driving his red Pontiac into a white SUV driven by his estranged wife.
Idaho Falls Police said Juan E. Garduno-Diaz was found at the scene of an injury accident at Fremont and U.S. Highway 20. Police also learned there was a no-contact order in place between Garduno-Diaz and his wife.
The woman was taken by ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Garduno-Diaz was arrested for aggravated battery and violation of a no-contact order. He was being held at the Bonneville County jail.
