Idaho State beats Idaho 2-0 to win Gem State

So there’s no longer a trophy, but Idaho State hypothetically won the Gem State Cup on Sunday beating Idaho 2-0. The Win over the Vandals not only propelled the Bengals to a 2-0 record. But also paired with Friday’s defeat of the Boise State Broncos, means Idaho State would win the Gem State Cup for the first time since 2006, if they still officially had the competition.
