1 killed in I-15 accident near Idaho Falls
Idaho State Police are investigating a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 near Idaho Falls that killed one.
ISP says it happened just north of Dad’s Truck Stop.
Adrianne Elliot of Ammon was driving northbound when her car hit a patch of ice. She lost control and hit another car driven by Amanda Sterling of Idaho Falls.
Elliott’s car was then hit on the passenger side by a pickup pulling a trailer driven by William Jesperson of Reverton, Utah.
Dora Heiner of Idaho Falls was a passenger in Elliot’s car and was killed in the crash.
Elliott and her baby daughter were taken by ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Sterling and Jesperson were not hurt.
