Missing Idaho Falls man found
The Bingham County Sheriff’s office has located a missing Idaho Falls man.
Deputies received information about a possible trespasser at a Firth home around 1:15 p.m. Thursday.The man was identified as Ray Fitch, who was reported missing from the Mt. Vernon Living Center that morning.
Idaho Falls police recovered the man after meeting Bingham County deputies at the county line. He appeared to be OK, but he was taken to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center as a precaution.
Fitch, 64, was reported missing from the Mt. Vernon Assisted Living Center on Potomac at 9:30 a.m. Thursday.He had last been seen Wednesday night.
Police said they didn’t know how he got to Firth.
