Man arrested after police find 47 pounds of pot
A Wisconsin man was arrested when Idaho State Police found 47 pounds of marijuana in his vehicle.
ISP said around 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, Peter Laurenzano, 56, of Milwaukee, was stopped on Interstate 86 near Chubbuck.
The marijuana was worth about $144,000. Police also found $2,452 in cash.
Laurenzano was arrested on charges of felony trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia and booked into the Bannock County Jail.
