Visiting Angels comes to Idaho Falls

Visiting Angels, a company that provides non-medical home care for seniors, is now in Eastern Idaho. The care ranges from personal care and hygiene to meal prep and light cleaning.

“And most importantly companionship. And we provide this on our client’s schedules and we call our caregivers angels, and that’s why we’re Visiting Angels,” said Scott Holmes, from Visiting Angels.

Caregivers who are with Visiting Angels have to have experience. Visiting Angels looks for people who are extremely passionate about what they do. One thing that’s unique to Visiting Angels is how you get a caregiver. You can pick the person who will be caring for you or whoever you are getting care for.

“When we can sit down with a client, and see them beaming and see them hugging their angel and know that their life is a little bit better because as we talk about in our core beliefs is that we owe this to our community.”

There are 500 Visiting Angels locations across the nation.
