Madison ranked No. 8 in all of Idaho public high schools
A survey comparing public high schools ranked Madison High School No. 8 in all of Idaho.
The survey is based on academics, safety, and diversity.
The results factor in teacher, parent, and student opinions.It also takes a look at the offered extracurricular activities and sports programs.
“When students realize that they’re in a safe, caring, environment and they have a teacher that’s interested in them and they have adults in the building that are interested in them wonderful things happen. That’s the real nexus of an educational system is that we are a caring community school,” said superintendent Dr. Geoffery Thomas.
Ririe High School is ranked No. 21 in the state.
Firth and Salmon are also ahead of other regional schools.
