Local Sales Manager

NPG of Idaho is looking for an experienced local sales executive who is highly motivated, with a proven record of success, to be the Local Sales Manager. Responsibilities will include overseeing the local Account Executives and their efforts to generate revenue for the KIFI Television stations and the Web Properties. This position must lead, coach, encourage, and supervise the staff while creating a positive culture that is focused on maintaining and building client relationships that translate to success in revenue generation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific duties include but are not limited to: the ability to utilize multiple broadcast and web properties to create effective advertising solutions for local businesses; a commitment to New Direct business and maintaining regular client contact by AEs and LSM; managing local sales team; exploring opportunities that may result in creating and generating new revenue streams.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have previous sales management experience, strong local market knowledge and contacts, and have a highly motivated personality and organizational skills. Applicants should possess sufficient mobility to travel to client’s place of business.

Candidate must pass a drug test and background check.
