Man arrested in theft of clips
Idaho Falls police have identified the man they said stole hundreds of steel concrete form clips.
Police said they got a tip on Nov. 4 about the clips, valued at $2,500, being stolen from a storage yard in the north alley off Crowley.
James M. Herman, 24, of Idaho Falls, was arrested Tuesday and booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
