Subsitute teacher arrested on sexual abuse charges
An Idaho Falls man was arrested on four counts of sexual abuse of a minor under 16.
Police said they began investigating Paul E. “Rick” Landon, 66, a substitute teacher in Idaho Falls School District 91, on Monday. Landon was arrested around 3:30 p.m. Friday.
“As soon as the school received information on the sexual abuse, the school took every step possibly to ensure the students were no longer at risk, ” said Superintendent George Boland.
