Fifth suspect in kidnapping case arrested

The Bonneville County Sheriff’s office has arrested the fifth suspect in an August kidnapping.

The sheriff’s office saysFaustino A. Anaya was taken into custody Friday at about 5:30 p.m. near Lovejoy and Royal Streets in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Anaya was arrested on two warrants in connection to the kidnapping ofBrandon Bykonen.

Anaya was taken into custody by the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office and Idaho Falls Police Department.

He was arrested without incident and booked into the Bonneville County Jail.

A mother contacted Local News 8 saying her two sons saw Anaya in a nearby park. She says her sons saw Anaya gathered with other men and one of them had a gun. The boysran home, told their mother and she called 9-1-1, alerting the police.
