Martin Luther King Jr. Way ribbon cutting
The city is celebrating the ribbon cutting of the improvement project’s completion of Martin Luther King Jr. Way next to ISU.
Mayor Brian Blad will be speaking as well as taking part of the cutting of the ribbon.
The project includes renovations done to MLK Way, added classrooms on campus and Holt Arena. The street will now features bike lanes, planters, and wider sidewalks. Also additions of pedestrian ramps, and crosswalks.
