Scouting for food this Saturday

Boy and Cub Scouts from around the region will participate in the annual Scouting for Food drive this Saturday.

The Boy Scouts of America Grand Teton Council says, the food drive will begin Saturday morning.

All donors have to do is leave the bags of canned food donations near their front doors before 9 a.m.

The Idaho Food Bank in Pocatello sayssome of the most-needed items are: canned fruits and vegetables, packaged grains,pantry staples (canola or other cooking oils, whole wheat or all-purpose flour, etc.) and shelf-stable dairy (boxed or canned).

The Idaho Food Bank says this isthe state’s second largest annual food drive
