Constitutional expert says U.S. presidents violating constitution
When it comes to the power of the presidency, constitutional scholar Dr. David Adler says it has grown far beyond the aims and intentions of the founding fathers.
Dr. Adler’s writings on the constitution have been quoted by the United States Supreme Court. He has taught courses on the constitution and the supreme court at all three universities in Idaho.
