Trick-or-Treat Street canceled

Trick-or-Treat Street, the annual Halloween event held at Snake River Landing, has been canceled after 20 years.

The event, in which local businesses rented out a RV, and passed out candy, was canceled due to the fact that there are “too many safe Halloween related activities available to the community,” according to Riverbend Communications.

However, those still wanting a safe place to spend Halloween can attend Boo at the Zoo, EITC’s Community Trunk or Treat, or even one of the many local churches’ neighborhood trunk-or-treats.
