New apartment complex coming to Snake River Landing

A new apartment complex is coming to Idaho Falls.

Kartchner Company has begun construction on The Falls apartments.

They will be located in the Snake River Landing, and residents will have access to shops, eateries, community events and a greenbelt trail system.

The Falls is owned and managed by Kartchner Company.

The complex will have one, two and three bedroom options for rent, and offer top amenities, such as a fitness room, pool and a clubhouse.

“You don’t have to maintain anything; everything is taken care of for you. You have maintenance, you know, all week long, plus emergencies, and then you also have landscapers, snow removal that’s all taken care of for you in an apartment,” said Danielle Moor, regional manager.

The Falls apartments are slated to open this June, and they are already pre-leasing them.
